1. The Service

PipeProfit provides an AI-powered 24/7 call answering service designed for plumbing businesses in the United States. The Service answers missed calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments on your behalf using artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use our Service. By using PipeProfit, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• PipeProfit is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis at the rates listed on our website (Starter: $300/mo, Growth: $600/mo, Scale: $800/mo).
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including call recording and wiretapping laws in your operating states.
• Notifying callers when calls may be recorded, as required by law.
• Providing accurate business information during onboarding.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to mislead consumers, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the PipeProfit Service is owned by PipeProfit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

7. Call Data and Recordings

Call recordings and transcripts generated through the Service belong to you. By using the Service, you grant PipeProfit a limited license to process this data to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PIPEPROFIT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPEPROFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. PipeProfit may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
